DISCOVERY OF PLANT IN WELLING- " ' ' TON. " "" [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION,] Wellington, Thursday. When , investigating a ' criminal charge against Henry Peacock, an engraver, the police yesterday discovered on the accused's premises a plant for manufacturing counterfeit coins and a number of the coins. The moulds were for making half-crowns and half-sovereigns, and the same metal was used in each. case.
