Twomey represented iA .J ames R- Whitelaw was charg<v with being drunk and disorderly in yucen-stroet on Saturday evening, and with ataig use of obscene language. On the fa i ) ™nt he was fined 10s and costs, in de- . git seven days' imprisonment, while on . iftosecond charge a fine of £1 with costs was posed, in default 14- days' imprisonment.
