The question of the proposed purchase of the Choral Hall was considered in committee On the Council, resuming it was reported that it had been agreed :to refer the matter to a committee consisting of the chairman, the •• Mayor of Auckland (Mr. A. M. Myers), the Bishop of Auckland, Messrs. Tole, Pcacocke, and Bagnall. The Education Board wrote suggesting the appointment of Mr. H. Milne, ; principal of the Training College, ; to a seat on the . Professorial Board. It was decided to make the appointment. 1 V
