JUDGMENT: SUMMONSES.

EroBE Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., yesterday, judgments were given for plaintiffs in the following cases: James Moyes v. L. Oliver, £4 2s 6d, amount to be paid at 20s per month; New Zealand Loan, and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, v. A. S. Muir, £3 16s lOd; to be paid within seven; days; Johnston Bros. v. J. W. Proctor, £4 7s, within seven days; W. Service v. Alfred Rhodes, £7 5s 6d, within seven days. Mr. C C. Kettle gave judgment for plaintiff in the case Squire Smethurst,' a Newmarket grocer, v. Herbert Nedwick, ; dairyman, ;of Grey Lynn. The plaintiff claimed £9 15s 9d, made uri of £6 15s 9d for butter- supplied, and £3 damages' for alleged breach of contract. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £7 15s 9d, with costs £1 lis. ■ '
