AUCKLAND MINISTERS' ASSOCIATION.

Three ministers were unanimously elected members. The president welcomed the Revs. Dr. Grattan Guinness, from London, A. J. Kemier, from South Africa,; and Mr. Lewis Ingram from Melbourne. The Rev. A. Miller, M.A., of Edendalo, read a valuable paper .on "The Authority of Christ's Teaching," which gave • rise 10 an interesting discussion, in which the, president, the Revs. Dr. Grattan Guinness, D. D. Scott, J. B. Russell, A. North, and S. Griffith took part. Mr. Miller replied, and was accorded a vote of thanks. . Dr. Guinness promised to give a special address to ministers on Friday afternoon, the 17th inst. , The Rev. Mr. Render gave an interesting account of work among the natives of South Africa.
