Sydney, April 17. As au outcomo of tho trouble in coaling mailboats, a meeting of colliery owners and coal stevedores ban decided to open a. labour bureau of their own and to engage coal lumpers in terms of Uio Arbitration Court \
award. It is expected that work under the new conditions will commence on Friday; in the meantime the vessels affected by the strike continue coaling will) the aid of casual hands.
