A NEW FLYING MACHINE.
AN IMPORTANT INVENTION.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.
London, April 16. Reuters Paris correspondent reports that M. Fillippi has invented a method of propelling an aeroplane or a flying machine which is heavier than the air. M. Fillippi diminishes the atmospheric pressure over the curved surface of the machine by means of rotating wings. Conclusive experiments show that considerable weights can be supported in the air in this way with but little effort.
