[FROM OCR OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] As the outcome of a visit to Cambridge by Mr. R. R. Martin, organising secretary of the New Zealand Political Reform League, it has been decided to form a branch. At meeting 01 St. Andrew's vestry it was ! agreed to hold the annual meeting of parishioners i oil Wednesday evening, April 24. A vote of condolence was passed with Mrs. lie nth in her sad bereavement. The Rev. .1. Fussell's resignation as curate was accepted with regret. The following have beet) elected unopposed for the newly-formed South llautapu Drainage Board :— Miss M. K. Kwen, Meters. C. Roberts, H. Morse, W. I) Shepherd, and John Arnold, ten. A special meeting of the Boroutrn Council v. .is held on Tuesday. The district electors' supplementary 101 l was signed. It v.us decided that the formal opening ot the new municipal gasworks should take place on the Ist pros.
