STOWAWAYS ON THE PAPAROA.

Wellington 1 , Tuesday. Two stowaways on the Paparoa were handed over to the police on arrival of the vessel at Wellington yesterday. An information against one of them, a young woman, was withdrawn, as it was explained that she had been taken on board the steamer at Hokirt. The other offender, a young jinan, was fined £4 10s, or in default one month's imprisonment.
