The Acting-Premier of the Common* wealth (Sir John Forrest) has been urged to put tile anti-dumpins, laws into operation against the importation of sugar from Fiji, Java, and Mauritius. He replied that those interested in the matter would have to make the tirst move, and lodge a complaint.
