Westport, Monday. Ix connection with recent discussions regarding charges .at different ports. Captain Ha;!*, of lie barque Anny, recently arrived at West poll from Liverpool, expresses fullest satisfaction with the fairness and reasonableness of the charges he has been called upon to pay here, and teaks in terms of praise of the attention received at the hands of the port authorities. Captain Haase has traded in Newcastle, New South Wales, and 'it comparing charges, facilities, and attention at the wo ports, places VVestjKjrt an easy first, from a shipmaster'." point of view.
