NAVIGATION CONFERENCE.

London, April 12. Mr. Hughes, in the course of an interview, said the Commonwealth had every right to be satisfied with the results of the Navigation Conference, which had assented to the principles regarding Australian shipping, hitherto a subject of hostilecriticism in Britain.
