A unanimous resolution was carried at the Pitt-street Church circuit meeting, in which a strong protect was made against any alteration in existing arrangements by which ministers can only be appointed to circuits for a fourth or fifth year when the invitation has been carried b\ .1 two-thirds majority of the quarterly meeting.
