This match wac concluded on Saturday. Grafton, with their score at 98 in the first innings, and with eight of Eden's wickets down for 91 (only 7 runs behind), were in rather a critical position. Beale and Hor--pool continued their innings, and with one run added Horspool was bowled by a fast one from Hill. Buckley was the. la-t man in, hut Boalc- put the first hall from Howell up in the slips, where Hill made an excellent one-handed catch, leaving Grafton winners on the first innings by the small margin of 6 runs.
