THE NEW HEBRIDES.

London, April 4. The French and British Commissioners appointed under the Convention regarding the New Hebrides are to meet in London on April 5.

Under the Convention signed in October last, France and Great Britain are each to appoint a High Commissioner for the New Hebrides, and each High Commissioner is to be assisted by a Resident Commissioner, to whom he may delegate his powers. These officers had to be appointed within six months of the signing of the Convention.
