MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., presided over yesterday's sitting of the Magistrate's Court, and made orders against the judgment debtors in the following judgment summons cases:—Fenton and Co. v. G. Page, claim £6 17s 3d (to pay £4 17s 3d within reven days, or in default seven days' imprisonment); E. A. Perkins v. C. Lawrence Sutton, claim £14 7s lOd (to pay £13 2s lOd within seven days, or in default 14 days' imprisonment); W. J. Deeble v. W. Addison, claim £2 19s 6d (to pay £2 12s within seven days, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment) ; Frederick Cooper v. John Wheeler, claim £10 lis & (to pay £8 lis 2d at the rate of 25s per week, or in default 14 days' imprisonment) ; New Zealand Masonic Newspaper to. v, Dennis Harford, claim £5 0s lOd (to pa.V the amount within seven days, or in default, seven days' imprisonment); J. 0. sharpies v. E. L. Pembroke, claim £10 V? od (to pay the amount at the rate of per week, or in default one month's imprisonment); Chas. H. Morris v Uonard Parker, claim £2 3s 9,1 (to pay /fa I 3 '.' w,t,lm seven d; »ys. or in default to hours imprisonment).
