The Union Company's steamer Waikare left on Saturday Afternoon for East Coast and Southern porta with a number of passengers and a large general cargo. On Saturday night, the Northern Company b strainer Ngapilhi arrived from Whangarei with passengers and general cargo. She leave* for the same port again to-night. The Northern Company's steamer Clansman arrived from Tauranga yesterday morning. She leaves this evening for Russell, Whangaroa, and Mongoiitii. On Saturday morning the Northern Company steamer Waiotahi airived from Tauruiiga, Opotiki, and Ohiwa with several passengers and a cargo of produce, etc The steamer leaves for the same ports again at 3 p.m. to-day. The Northern Company'* steamer Ngatiawa arrived on Saturday evening from Whangamat*. Ktiaotunii, and Mercury Hay, and leaves for Tauranga at 5 p.m. to-day. Captain Sharp, arrived from Norfolk- Island at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday and took tip an anchorage in the stream. THE SAN FRANCISCO MAIL. The Oceanic Company's mail steamer Sierra is expected to arrive at Auckland to-night from San Francisco and Island polls. She, leaves for Sydney on. discharge of cargo. THE lIINEMOA. The Government steamer Hinemoa is expected to arrive at Auckland this evening from Wellington and the East Coast lighthouses. The Hinemoa takes in stores, etc., for the Northern lighthouses to-morrow and calls at the Three Kings to erect a depot on the Hip; King for supplies, etc.. for the benefit of any crews which may be wrecked in the vicinity. Kumara will arrive at Auckland from Napier to-morrow to complete her loading for London. The steamer is expected to leave on her voyage about March 1. THE WIMMERA. The Huddart-Parker steamer Wimmera, Captain F O. Entwisle. arrived from Southern and East Coast ports at 8.30 a.m. yesterday and berthed at the Hobson-atreet Wharf. The steamer left, Dunedin on Tuesday la.st and called at the usual coast parts, leaving Gisbotne at 1145 a.m. on Saturday and arriving as above. Experienced Hue weather, with light variable winds, throughout. The Wimmera leaves for Sydney at 3.30 p.m. to-day. THE VICTORIA. The Huddart-Parker steamer Victoria. Captain William Waller, arrived from Sydney at 2 p.m. vesterdnv. and. being grained pratique, berthed at the 'Queen-street Wharf. The steamer leftSydney and parsed through the heads at 2.1 a p'm on Wednesday last, rounded the North Cape at 12.10 a.m. yesterday, and arrived as above. Experienced light to moderate south-cast winds and strong south-south-west swell, with fine clear weather, to the North Cape, thence moderate southerly wind and slight sea. with dull, cloudy weather to arrival. THE JAMES CRAIG. The barque .lamps Craig. Captain William Naii'e arrived from Newcastle on Saturday alternoon and was granted pratique shortly after arrival. The barque, which, comes into pott in splendid order, reflecting every credit upon the master and his crew, sailed from Newcastle on February 11 and met with light, to moderate winds and fair weather across the Tamilian Sea Cape Maria Van Diemen was made on Tuesday last, when a succession of light head winds were met. with, the vessel having to beat all the wav down the coast.
