Sofia, January 25. The Bulgarian Government has made a claim on behalf of tin 1 Bui garian consignee of the cargo of arms aboard tins steamer wrecked at Sulina recently. The Roumanian Government has refused to give up the arms recovered from the steamer, believing that they were.intended for revolutionaries in Macedonia.

The steamer whs wrecked about January 12 or 13. Tin' crew were rescued, and, fearing arrest for being concerned in a contraband trade, I hey fled inland immediately on getting ashore.
