Brisbane, January 18. The steamer Airlie, when rounding Bulimba Point to-day, struck: the rocks. The steamer was severely damaged, and was beached.

The Airlie is one of the well-known steamers belonging to Messrs. Burns, Philp and Co., of Sydney, trading to the Fast. She was built at Sunderland, England, in 1884. and is of the following dimensions: — Length. 314 ft; breadth. 38.3 ft; depth, 23.6 f t; tonnage. 2337. She left Singapore for Sydney on December 31.
