SUPPLYING LIQUOR AFTER HOURS.

Christohttrch, Saturday. At the Police Court to-day, R. Cost-in, licensee of the Junction Hotel, was fined £10 and costs for supplying liquor after hours to the motor car party, of which the late Mr. de Montalk, who was killed m the collision on the Riccarton Road, oil December 5, was a member. The magistrate said that if the liquor was given, and not sold, the case had fallen through. The license was not endorsed.
