MAKING BY-LAWS. -;Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Mount Albert Road Board to hold a Special Meeting of the Board at the Office. Morningside. on MONDAY, the 241h day of December. 1906. at the hour of Noon, when a Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order, passed on MONDAY, the 26th day of November. 19C6, made under the Provisions of "The Road Boards Act. 1832," and its Amendments, and of " The Public Health Act. 1900," and its amendments, and under other Acts it thereto enabling, will be submitted for confirmation. The resolution passed, and to be submitted for confirmation, provides for the making of By-laws to prevent the overcrowding of land within the Mount Albeit Road District with buildings, by prohibiting the erection of dwel* linghouses in the district upon any site unless such site shall belong exclusively to m;cli dwellmghouse, and shall have a minimum area of. 5445 square feet, and -a minimum frontage of 40ft to a street, sets forth the minimum air space and the minimum distance across such open space according to the height of the building, prevents the use of unsound, insanitary, or improper material in the construction of dwellings, regulates the drainage and other sanitary matters in the district, and provides for the issue of building permits and for penalties for breaches of the by-laws.
