DtJ.VEOiN", Wednesday. The commander of the warship Pioneer, now at Dunedin. lias received a cablegram from the Admiral, at Sydney, directing him not to take any more recruits in New Zealand. The cause of the stoppage is unknown. but probablv the complement is hill. .
