WOOL FIRES COMMISSION.

Wellington, Wednesday. A committee sitting of the Wool Fives Commission was held yesterday to consider evidence to hand in. the shape of reports from London. The members of the Commission afterwards conferred with Mr. S. V. Burridge at the Gear Company's works at Petone, concerning the amount of moisture to be added to the various samples of wool being experimented upon. The experiments are to be carried out on thorough and systematic line*, and will probably extend over at least five weeks. _
