SEIZURE OF A MAIL VAN. By Telegraph.Preea Association.—Copyright. Paris, December 3. While the driver of a mail van at Toulouse was inside a post office yesterday thieves drove off on the van, end having got to a place of safety looted 20,000 francs (£790) from registered letters. Fortunately they failed to observe a package containing several hundred thousand francs.
