CHINESE CUSTOMS.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Pekin, November 2. The Chinese Imperial Customs Department has accepted the Comp-troller-General's verbal instructions to Sir Robert Hart with regard to the maintenance of the present administration of the maritime Customs, and has authorised Sir Robert Hart to publish them.
