DAIRYING DEPARTMENT.
RESIGNATION OF MR. KINSELLA. MR. CUDDIE SUGGESTED AS SUCCESSOR. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN COHRKSrONDKNT.] Wellington, Sunday. Mr. J. A. Kinsella, Chief Dairy Commissioner. Iks forwarded his resignation to the Government, and it has been accepted as from Saturday last. It is understood that Mr. Kinsella will return to Canada, from which country he originally came to New Zealand. Mr. D. Cuddie, Assistant-Chief Commissionei, will -most probably succeed to the vacancy. The news of Mr. Kinsella'." resignation will lie received with great regret by those interested in the dairying industry, for there is no doubt that his practical knowledge and suggestions, and his world-wide experience have done much to lift the industry in this country to the high position which it now occupies.
