MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. \ Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., presided over yesterday's sitting of the Magistrate's Court, and made orders on judgment summonses in the following cases:—Sarah Somerville v. E. L. L. Pembroke, ordered to pay £1 3s forthwith, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for seven days; Irving Clark v. Mrs. Mary Jane Reid, ordered to pay 5s per week off the amount, £cA Os 6d; A. Gifford and Co. v. H. Mulling, £3 8s forthwith, or in-default 48 hours' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for seven days; A. J. Eutrican and Co. v. Chas. Bargolte, £54 6s sd, by instalments of £2 per month, or in default of my instalment 14 days' imprisonment Robt. Stow v. J. Lynch, sen., £2 lSa forthwith, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment, the order to be suspended for 14 days ; Charles Kirwood v. E. L. L. Pembroke, £14 2s 9d forthwith, or in default 14 days', imprisonment, the order to be suspended for 14 days.
