THE ENGLISH MAILS.
[BY TKLEGB.U'H". — OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Friday. On account of the San Francisco mail .service being thrown out of gear for the time being the Union Steam Ship Company has decided, in response to a request from the Postal Department, to despatch the steamer Moeraki for Sydney, at noon on Friday next, one day ahead of time-table date, so that the New Zealand mails may be able to connect with the Suez mail from Australia.
