DYNAMITE SHIP IN COLLISION.
BADLY DAMAGED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright London, November 1. The barque Este, bound from Hamburg to Melbourne, with a cargo of dynamite, collided yesterday with a steamer in the Channel. The Este returned to Flushing in a badly damaged condition. The vessel narrowly escaped an explosion as the result of the collision. The Este is a German barque of 1353 tons register, and sailed from Hamburg for Melbourne on October 20.
