PLACING OF THE BATTLESHIPS By Telegraph.-—Press Association.— Copyright. London. November 1. The Parliamentary .Secretary- to he Admiralty (Mr. Robertson), in the, House of Commons yesterday, in reply to Mr. E. A. Ridsall. said the battleships had been arranged in what the Admiralty considered a more efficient fighting disposition. Two ships each from the Channel and the Mediterranean and Atlantic fleets had been added to the Home fleet. The creation of a Rome fleet and its strengthening lias been decided upon, doubtless to restore a sense of security that the Kaiser's naval i. : .\.rnoiis;rations may have disturbed.
