Notice is hereby given that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company will be held at. the Head Office of the Company, Queen-street, Auckland, on THURSDAY, the 11th day of October, 1906, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon. BUSINESS: To receive the Report and Balance-sheet for the year ended 31st August, 1906. To elect Two Directors in place of Thomas Peacock, Esq., and J. H.
