The treasure steamer ' Xema, with the expedition in. search of an island containing diamonds, is to be allowed to proceed on her voyage. It was reported last week that the Xema had arrived at Capetown, and that, the members of the expedition having attempted to land on a guano island near Augra Pequena had been prevented by a cruiser. The visit to Capetown apparently -was to get; authority for the landing.
