[BY TKI.F.ORAI'II.OWN - CORRF.PI'ONDKNT.] Waihi, Monday. Mr. Alfred Nathan and Mr. Ziman, directors of 1 lie Waihi Consolidated Company, paid a visit to Waihi to-day. At the Police Court to-day Kdward Rowe, for being,'guilty of threatening behaviour, was fined 10s and costs. John Foley, for a similar offence, was convicted and ordered to pay costs, 7s; a prohnmion Older was also issued against hint. Albert Wright was charged with committing an assault upon John Lynch, and was lined 10s, with costs.
