CATTLE DISEASE IN NATAL
GREAT LOSSES EXPECTED.

PIETERMARITZBURG, September 1
An outbreak of East Coast fever is reported amongst the cattle of Natal, and it is feared the ravages will be more widespread than the former outbreak of rinderpest. Some of the infected cattle have been sold at Durban, and it is impossible to trace them.
