Capetown, August 21. The Premier of Cape Colony (Dr. Jameson) has been summoned to London on urgent affairs.
The Lieutenant-Governor of Orange River Colony (Sir H. J. GooldAdams) is proceeding to England to advise the Colonial Secretary (Lord Elgin) regarding constitutional reform in the colony.
