Dunedin, Tuesday. At a meeting of the Drainage Board tonight the members were indignant at the i action of the Railway Department in conl necting the new railway station with the | main intercepting sewer without the authoj rity of the Board. The matter, it was said, j was in the hands of the solicitor. Some members were inclined to think if the | Board was to be interfered with in this I way they should resign in a body. In reply j to a question the chairman said that in other centres.the drainage boards, etc., had been compensated for similar service.
