- •** SALE OF 29 OBSOLETE SHIPS. By Telegraph-—Press Association-—Coprrisht. (Received July 11, 9.52 p.m.) - London, July 11. At an auction, held at Portsmouth yesterday, 29 obsolete warships were sold for £84,000. The gunboats Katoomba and Tauranga (late of the Australasian squadron), realised £8500 each.
