Speaking at the launching of the battleship Agamemnon, at Glasgow, on Saturday, Mr. Beardmore, the shipbuilder, said the improvement in. naval architecture was now so rapid that lie believed that five yearn hence most of the ships in the British navy would be obsolete.- •
