SAILING FOE AMERICA, j (Received Jane 12, 9.41 p.m.) London, June 12. Sir Joseph. Ward was greatly shocked on receiving the news of the death of Mr. Seddon. He has cancelled all engagements, including a promise to ' address a number of members of the House of Commons to-day. This meeting will still be held, but only to pass a vote of condolence. Sir Joseph Ward sails on Friday ] for America, to catc}* the first San Francisco steamer, instead of, as he | intended, remaining to the end of i July. ! He has received many callers and many letters and telegrams of condolence.
