Cadet Battalions: Cadet Band, under Bandmaster Howe;' No? 1 Company, under Lieutenant. Shepherd; No. 2, 'under Captain Hewitt;.No. 3, Captain Ferguson; No. 4. Lieutenant Floyd; and No. 5, Captain Newton. The No. ] Battalion was under the command of Captain Hubbard, and the Cadet Battalion of Major Lucas."
