The firm will submit to auction 011 June 12 the goodwill of lease in two prominent city corporation leaseholds, situate Victoria-street, and Harris-street, in Wellington. The first-named, with the brick building of three-storey?, is well known as in the occupation of Messrs. Storer. Meek, ! and Co.. and is leased by that- firm at a rental ot £132 per annum until 1908, and £500 per annurr for the following eight years. The- corporation ground rental for the first. term is £64- 2s 8d per annum. The Harrisstreet property comprises the two-storey brick building in the occupation of Messrs. Thompson Brothers, Limited, and is leased to that firm for a term expiring on December 16, 1913, at an annual rental of £3*5 12s.
