<t» LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST DOWIE. By Telegraph.—Press Association— (Received May 30, 9.38 p.m.) Melbourne, May 30. Elder McCullauh, of the Zionist Church, said yesterday, it was the desire of the members that he should take charge of the work of the church in the Commonwealth. He proposed to organise with the object of sending a power of attorney to America to recover at law £1200 sent from Australia to Zion City. No further people would be sent there from this country.
