Mr. Heir Hardie has informed Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, secretary of the Labour Representation Committee, that he will be unable to accompany the Labour members to Australia and New Zealand in August, owing to the probability of an autumn session and the unsatisfactory state of his own health.
