Av election took place on Saturday to fill three vacancies on the Mount Albert Road Board. Six nominations had been received, The .successful candidates «ere: Messrs. M J Coyle, J. R. Walters, and J. M. Mauton. The polling was as follows :- M. JYCoyle 217, J. R Walters 204, J M. Stanton 197, (J. W. Mcßride 120, J. G. Shove 82, a,ud E. White 70.
