(Received April 26, 11.53 p.m.) London, April 26. In the House of Commons yesterday, the Government's Trades Disputes Bill passed the second reading. The Labour members supported it. and said they relied on the Government's promises to incorporate the views of Labour in the measure when it reached the committee stage.
