HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.

"A Rogue's Dat/ghter" was repeated tit ,i large audience by the MacMahon Dramatic Company at His Majesty's Theatre last evening, when it "was again well received. The characters in the piece were well >>i. tallied, and the principal, Mi.v, May Granville and Messrs. Charles Blake and Wilton Power, displayed their undoubted talents to great advantage. "A Rogue's Daughter. - ' which abounds in many lino dramatic situations and exciting incidents, will be related this evening, when the season will 1* brought to a close. The company open at Christ-church on Easter Saturday, and make their appearance in Auckland again in September with an entirely new repertoire. OPERA HOUSE. The pictures of "Living London" w,-ry» exhibited by Messrs. Tail before anotL-er large audience, .it the Ojiera House la.-;, evening, and were much appreciated. The selection is undoubtedly a tine one. and affords the young colonial an excellent opportunity of gaining an insight into life m London. The entertainment will be related this evening, and as the season terminates on Friday those who have not vet seen these wonderful views should not miss the opportunity. OLYMPIA RINK. The Olympia Rink, in Coburg-street, was again well patronised yesterday morning, afternoon, and evening. In the evening the gold medal for the amateur one-mile championship scratch race, which took place on Saturday, was presented to the winner, Mr. (x. F. Pelhaui. Some interesting events are promised by the management for this week. CONCERT AT DEVONPORT. A very successful concert, arranged bv Mrs. Sutherland, and the members of the Young Women's Glee Club of the Devonport Presbyterian Church, in aid of the church organ fund, was held in the schoolroom, Devonport, last night. There was a. large attendance. The programme, which was as follows, was thoroughly appreciated : —Pianoforte duet. Miss Carcino: songs, (a) "Vanity Fair," lb) '"The Swing," Miss Stewart; glee, " Night Winds That so Softly Sigh:" song, "There's a Flower That Bloometh," Mr. Clegg: song. Miss Stevenson) : scene from " School For Se.indal," "Sir Peter and Lady Teazle," Mrs. Forsyth; song; "'Out on the Deep," Mr. Howey: violin solo, "African Dances,'* Miss Amy Stevenson; pong, "The Gipsy's Love Sony." Miss M. Cardan; vocal trio, "Hark. The Gondolier's Sons." Misses Stewart, Cardito. and Mrs-. Sutherland: song, "An Evening Song," Mr. Clegg; violin and piano duet. Dr. Cox and Mr. Armstrong; songs (a.) "Four Leaf Clover." ib) "The Sea Hath Its Pearls." Miss Stewart; recitation. "The Relief of Lucknow." Mrs. Forsyth; song. " Douglas Gordon." Mrs. Sutherland: glee, "Lullaby." The musical conductor- was Mr. Sutherland and the accompanists were Miss M. Cardno and Mr. Armstrong.
