THE SUTTON WILL CASE.
DOWIE'S APPEAL DISMISSED.
[BY TELEGRAM.PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
LvvEROABGiLI,, Friday. This morning a cable message was received by the solicitors acting for the Messrs. Sutton in the contest with " Elijah'' Bowie over the will of the late Frederick Sutton, farmer, of Thornbrry, stating that Dowie's appeal had been dismissed, and the decision of the lower Court in their favour upheld. This will probably end the litigation, which has, lasted four years, and will vest the estate, amounting to between £12,000 and £14,000, in the- relatives of the deceased. As Dovvie was ordered to pay costs, there should be a substantial sum for the family. The whole estate is practically in cash. . -■■ ■
