FIRE AT WELLINGTON,
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, d ay. A HOUSE of six rooms 011 the < Hiiro Road, owned by Mr. A. W. Purvis and occupied by Mi'. Solonian Green, was partly destroyed by fire last night. As .Mr.-. Green whs carrying some clothes upstairs they came in contact with the flume of her candle, ami the upper part of the house was soon ablu/.e. The house was insured in tin- New Zealand for £300, and the furniture in the South British for £200.
