[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Friday. At the Supreme Court to-day George Walter Dickon wa, found guilty of perjury after a second trial, and waft remanded for sentence. William Edward Dickenson, also charged with perjury, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy, and was admitted to probation for 12 months. New Plymouth, Friday. \t tho Suoreine Court Mr. Justice Edwards granted orders for the restitution of conjugal rights in fho eases, of Espiner v. Esniner, and K-andall v. Itandall, husbands petitions. A decree nisi was granted in the case of Hawes v. Hawes, husband petition. ~ . , Christcmurch, l<riday. At tlie inquest to-day on Arthur George Ki'.ffolhi, who dropped dead from his bicycle yesterday, a verdict of Ctaath from licai disease '-liis retained.
