SURRENDER OF WADDINGTON.

Brussels, February 27. Edward Waddington, son of the Chilian Charge d'Affaires at Brussels, has surrendered himself to justice for the murder of the nephew of the late General Balmaceda, of Chili. He will be tried at the Brabant Assizes.
